Extreme Thumb War is a game where you engage in vicious thumb wars in an effort to defeat your opponent. The goal of this game, which can be played against the computer or against a buddy by having both players use the same device, is to catch or strike the opponent's thumb as it is lowered to do harm. One must deplete the opponent's health bar to zero in order to win a round. Your opponent will lose more lives if you manage to capture his thumb, but counterattacks might be devastating. There are three rounds to a game. The appearance of your thumb may be customized from among 20 different options. In what other context might you see an old lady and a pirate go at it?
